DAY 5

DISEMBARK IN ASWAN

Buffet breakfast on board and check out at 8:00 AM.

THE SANCTARY SUN BOAT III

The Sanctuary Sun Boat III has 14 standard cabins, two royal suites and two presidential suites.

All cabins have Nile views, a mini-bar, safe deposit box, individual CD player and LCD television with satellite and in-house movies, along with being fully air-conditioned with individual controls. The private bathrooms all have a bathtub, shower and hairdryer. International telephone access is available through the reception.

LUXURY CABINS (17M²)

The 14 luxury cabins are all beautifully appointed with old fashioned four poster beds, draped with Egyptian linens. The shutters are the traditional focal point of the cabin and are a striking design element. The warm colours of the cabin and traditional tones evoke the glamour of the 1930s.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITES (29M²)

Indulge in this spacious, elegant suite decorated in cool calm tones that will leave you in absolute serenity. Comfort and style are reflected in all corners of the presidential suite to give a naturally astonishing look. There are two presidential suites.

The Sanctuary Sun Boat III’s luxury Nile cruises depart from either Luxor or Aswan (downstream from Aswan to Luxor or upstream from Luxor to Aswan).

In Luxor the dock is situated in front of Karnak Temple beside the floating police station while in Aswan the dock is found in the new corniche beside the Aswan New Bridge. We recommend flying from Cairo to either destination. The flying time from Cairo to Luxor is 1 hour, and from Cairo to Aswan it is 1 hour 30 minutes. Driving to and from Luxor or Aswan is not usually recommended as it would require a police escort and the driving time is both long and tiring – approximately 12 hours from Cairo to Luxor, and 15 hours from Cairo to Aswan.
